What players say
Reviewers and owners describe the Pure Drive 107 (2025/Gen 11) as an easy-power, forgiving frame with a big sweet spot, best suited to beginners, early intermediates, and doubles players who want stability at net and effortless depth. It scores well for power, spin, and comfort but loses points on precision control compared to smaller-headed frames in the lineup.
Best for
- Beginners and early intermediates
- Doubles players who volley a lot
- Players wanting arm-friendly power
- Recreational baseliners who want easy depth
Pros
- Very easy, low-effort power even on off-center hits
- Large, forgiving sweet spot with a generous margin for error
- Comfortable/arm-friendly feel for a Pure Drive thanks to updated NF2 flax-fiber dampening
- Stable and fast at net, good for doubles volleys
- Generates plenty of topspin with minimal swing effort
Cons
- Control and shot precision trade off for the extra power and head size
- Can be easy to overhit with full swings
- Less stable than smaller Pure Drive models for advanced/aggressive players
- Weight/spec differs from what better players who like a dense, penetrating hit expect

Super easy power from a compact swing, with an excellent spin window, though full swings risk overhitting.
— Tiffani, Tennis Warehouse playtester (4.0 baseliner), Web
Easy depth and spin, and I liked being able to mix up my shot selection, even though the weight is lighter than what I normally play.
— Steve, FL (Tennis Warehouse customer review), Web
Very easy to play with and volleys great.
— Rich, CA (Tennis Warehouse customer review), Web
Provides power, maneuverability, and solid performance in all aspects, and is easy on the arm and wrist.

I can direct it down the line, or anywhere I want.
