What players say
There is little independent long-form reviewer coverage of this exact 2024 Extreme Team (105 sq in, 9.3oz unstrung), but the player feedback that exists is positive. Reviewers and buyers describe it as light, powerful, and easy to generate spin with, at some cost to precision and shot weight.
Best for
- Beginners and early intermediates
- Doubles or club players wanting a light frame
- Players prioritizing spin and power over control
- Juniors moving up from a kids' racquet
Pros
- Very maneuverable given its light 265g/9.3oz build
- Generates power easily, including on mishits, thanks to the large 105 sq in head
- Open 16x19 pattern makes spin easy to produce
- Feels smooth and solid despite the low weight, according to buyer reviews
- Auxetic 2.0 construction gives noticeably better feedback than the prior version, per one tester
Cons
- Control is reduced compared to smaller-headed, heavier frames in the Extreme line
- Shots lack heaviness/depth that more advanced, control-oriented players may want
- Limited independent video or forum coverage of this exact 2024 Team version specifically
