What players say
Early player feedback on the T-Fight 285 (100 sq in, 16x19, 285g) is limited but consistently positive: buyers on Tennis Warehouse call it comfortable, controlled, and easy to swing fast for its weight class. The main tradeoff reviewers flag is modest power, which some address by dropping string tension, plus a slightly stiff sensation on off-center hits.
Best for
- Baseline players who want maneuverability
- Players prioritizing control and feel over raw power
- Intermediates stepping up from tweener frames
- Serve and volley players
Pros
- Comfortable, controlled feel described as a standout for its weight class
- Easy to accelerate through the ball, described as a very fast swinging frame
- Volleys and serves praised as solid and enjoyable by a coach-reviewer
- Stable despite the light, maneuverable swingweight
Cons
- Power is on the low side; one reviewer had to drop poly tension several pounds to match a more powerful frame
- Noticeably stiffer, less forgiving feel on off-center hits versus the sweet spot
- Forehand feel took an adjustment period due to the grip shape, per one reviewer
- Very few independent written or video reviews exist yet since it is a newer release

The 285 T-Fight is a frame with exceptional feel, control and comfort in this weight class. Volleys were pure joy, solid and had good control.

This one is super fast swing racquet even not the aerobeam frame like Pure Aero. At the same time it's quite stable with great control as well.

If you play from the baseline, you want something you can maneuver and stay on the baseline for a long time.
