Reviewers agree the v2 update makes the Whiteout 305 16x19 noticeably more comfortable and forgiving than the original while keeping strong control and stability. The main trade-off is a muted, less connected feel compared to the v1 and a heavier swingweight (~328) that some testers found slower to bring around on defense.

Best for

Aggressive baseliners wanting easy power
Blade/EZONE/Speed players wanting more stability
Players upgrading from the v1 who wanted more comfort
Advanced players who don't need max spin from the pattern

Pros

Noticeably more comfortable and plush than the v1 thanks to Arch-2 construction and foam injection
Strong stability and clarity on off-center hits
Reliable directional and depth control at speed
Above-average power for a control-oriented 98 sq in frame
Larger, more forgiving sweet spot than the previous version
