What players say

Liked 2 sources

Tennis Warehouse's playtest reviewers found this thinner 17-gauge Cyber Flash just as comfortable and lively as the rest of the line, combining low power with high, predictable control and strong spin access. It's regarded as one of the more arm-friendly and affordable polyester options, with durability that outlasts many rival polys even though, like any poly, it still needs restringing after moderate use.

Best for

Players wanting a thinner-gauge poly with extra feel and spin
Fast-swinging intermediates moving into polyester for the first time
Comfort-conscious players who still want control and spin from a poly
Players who restring often and want an affordable, durable option

Pros

Soft, lively, comfortable feel that stands out among polyester strings
Consistent, predictable control that held up over roughly 10 hours of testing
Top-notch access to spin on forehands and serves
Better tension and durability than many competing polys

Cons

Players are advised to drop tension somewhat (around 10%) to protect the arm
Power is deliberately low, which some players will feel as a lack of free pace
Still a polyester, so it eventually loses playability and needs replacing

Voices

There's enough spin for the big hitters out there, but I didn't get a big boost.
